Born and raised on New Zealand soil, Head Chef Alex Sorenson shares his intimate knowledge of the land and surrounds through each dish. With armfuls of the region’s premium produce he creates sumptuous cuisine that draws our regular diners back time and time again and having been at The Pavilion Restaurant and Bar for some time, understands what it is that our diners most enjoy. Offering both simple “Kiwi Arna” meals for true New Zealand locals and a refined five course table d’hote menu for the culinary connoisseurs, Chef Sorenson ensures a taste for all palates.
